I am in my 30's and am fairly clueless about wine. Like most people I drink a fair amount of wine in a year, so at the start of 2006 I thought I would document the wines I came across for one year on an interactive world map.

The mapped wines from 2006 are from a range of local supermarkets, wine shops, restaurants and friends houses I might visit in any normal year. No over colourful descriptions, just simply how much I liked the wine.

You can explore the world and click on pointers for more info. Some of the pointers will be in rough wine regions, others in the exact place the wine is from depending on the info and time I had.
