I wrote an article recently about how there were plans in the EU to allow for the production of rose wine by simply blending white and red wine. This would create a mass market product, and probably gradually eradicate the traditional producer using long established methods.

According to this news item , the ridiculous idea has now been dropped.

Excellent, common sense prevails at last.
